Employees
Our TSR's and supervisors are from Sauk Centre and the surrounding areas, bringing small town values and a strong work ethic to our organization. A neutral, mid-west accent; coupled with a friendly, professional approach creates a low stress experience for caller and respondent alike, optimizing productivity and results.
Initial training for our TSR's provides the critical skills that are needed to interact effectively with customers and prospects to obtain the most from each call. Through on-going development, our representatives are able to communicate in a positive frame of mind and make effective use of active listening skills. For sales campaigns, our training emphasizes techniques to overcome objections and make personalized sales presentations that demonstrate how a customer's needs can be satisfied with a product or service.
Technology
DRS Acquisitions uses the SER (EIS) Encore Call Processing system, which combines leading edge hardware and software to maximize call center performance. The ENCORE System integrates call management software with patented, predictive dialing, voice recognition and sophisticated scripting. The fully FTC Registry compliant system also provides a variety of supervisory functions and reports to enhance program quality and efficiency.
Each call and/or sale can be digitally recorded using a state of the art Wygant Digital Recording system.
Remote client monitoring can be done from the convenience of your home or office.
